Refunds (Apple App Store)

Recurve subscriptions and purchases made through Apple are billed and refunded by Apple.

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Select the purchase and choose “Request a refund”.
  • Choose a reason, add details, and submit.

Refund decisions and timing are controlled by Apple. If you can’t find a purchase there, try checking the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel anytime in iOS/macOS settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
